This single origin ceremonial cacao comes from the province of Manabi in Ecuador and is made with the rare Arriba beans.
The aroma is highly sophisticated with floral, jasmine and orange blossom notes. It is 100% paste and contains no additives, flavors, or colorants.
The ceremonial cacao is kept at controlled temperature/humidity in an airtight container to preserve its flavours and avoid blooming effects.
