We can also ship to your location in Canary Islands!
We ship to Gran Canaria in 24 hours and the other Islands in 24-48 hours!

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping has a price of €3,99 for orders up to 20€.

Order more than 20€ and we offer FREE SHIPPING to all Canary Islands.

Which days do you ship?

Place your order until 13:00 hours to receive it the next day in Gran Canaria.

We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays within Gran Canaria.

Bakery de Stefano also ships to the rest of the Canary Islands, and shipping times are around 24-48 hours.

Shippings are made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to the Canary Islands.

What is the store pickup service?

With the Store Pickup service you can collect an online order and be sure to have it ready and freshly prepared.

Is the store pickup service free?

Yes, the store pickup service is totally free.

Is there a minimum order for pickup?

There is no minimum order for pickup, just choose the products you want and they will be ready at our store!

How far in advance can I order?

If you are planning to order more than 1 month in advance we suggest you to wait because there might be a menu change coming and some products might have variations or not be available.

Please get in touch with us if you have special needs in terms of timing, especially for orders more than 30 days in advance.

Can I change an order after placing it?

If you want to change an order right after placing it just get in touch with us and we will make the changes you need.

If you want to change your order right or few hours before collecting it we can't guarantee it will be still possible.

In any case we will try as hard as we can to satisfy your needs.

Orders may be canceled provided that the cancellation is communicated within 7 hours of the delivery time, the cancellation will have no cost.
If you communicate within less than 7 hours, but more than 2 hours, the cost of cancellation is 50% of the order.
If the communication is less than 2 hours, the cancellation cost is 100% of the order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact info@bakerydestefano.com by e-mail within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem is.

Since the product is fresh and perishable, we cannot offer the customer the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal of the purchase made unless it does not strictly comply with what is offered on the web.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by Bakery de Stefano S.L.U. it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

How long do I have to collect my order?

What happens if I do not collect an order?

The products we sell are freshly prepared for you and are kept at controlled temperature for a safe storage. If you are not able to collect your order on the day your order was prepared for, the products will still be great the following day.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order for pickup, just select the product you love and we will make it for you to collect!

Do you accept last minute orders?

We can accept last minute orders but they must be made by phone or WhatsApp to guarantee the availability of products and delivery time.

Do you sell products in the store?

Yes, you can walk in the store located in Calle Almansa 86 (Las Palmas de GC) and get your pastries or bread on the spot.

The production is limited to guarantee a high quality standard, so placing an online order gives us time to prepare your products and deliver them as fresh as possible.

Do you sell to companies?

Yes, we can sell to companies both for reselling or for events. Please get in touch with us on info@bakerydestefano.com for a quote.

Do you offer pastry lessons?

Please check our instagram account @bakerydestefano for updated news about classes and tasting events.

Do you deliver for weddings?

At the moment we do not deliver for weddings and do not prepare wedding cake. Our pastries are very easy to carry though and we can provide the appropriate packaging and product temperature for delivering anywhere on the island.

Do you have wedding packaging?

We do not have nor sell wedding packaging or decorations for your pastries. Our products look extremely good on a wedding banquet but we suggest you to get a professional supplier for wedding wrapping and decorations.
